How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days across Egypt.

We currently deliver to Cairo, Alexandria, Damietta, Suez, Port Said, Ismailia, Dakahlia, and Sharqia. We are continuously working to expand our delivery coverage to more areas across Egypt.

Can I return or get a refund for a product?

Yes, returns and refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to our inspection and return policy. For cosmetics and beauty products, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and in the same condition as received. All returned products will be inspected before a refund is approved. Products that do not meet the return conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Are Glamlet products authentic?

Yes. 100% of Glamlet products are genuine and sourced from trusted, verified suppliers and authorized distribution channels whenever available. We carefully select our suppliers and review product authenticity, packaging, batch details, and expiry dates before products are listed on our website. Our goal is to make sure every item you receive is original, safe, and exactly as described.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery and InstaPay. Credit card and installment payment options will be available soon.

Does Glamlet sell Korean skincare products?

Yes. Glamlet offers a selection of authentic Korean skincare products from trusted brands and suppliers. Our Korean beauty range includes popular skincare essentials and innovative formulas designed for different skin types and concerns. We regularly update our collection as new products and brands become available.

What skincare and beauty brands are available on Glamlet?

Glamlet offers a growing selection of skincare, body care, hair care, and beauty products from both local and international brands. Our current collection includes COSRX, Beauty of Joseon, AXIS-Y, Dr. Althea, Medicube, Numbuzin, Mary&May, Beesline, Eva Cosmetics, Alejon, Dermaelle, and Skinova, among others.
