Return & Refunds Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.

For cosmetics and beauty products, all returned items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they are in the same condition as when delivered. Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or are not in their original condition and packaging will not be eligible for a refund, unless the product is found to be defective.
